Before the pump work, the liquid stock in the pump must be higher than the pump shaft, so the pump inlet must be connected with an upward bend bend pipe and then a horizontal pipe and quick connector, quick connector center line must be higher than the pump shaft center line 300 mm; The inlet piping system must be air-tight; The suction head of the suction pipe must be submerged under water to avoid air inhalation of the pipe; When connecting the outlet pipe to the pump outlet, ensure that the length of the straight pipe is not less than 200 mm before connecting the bent pipe.
The sprinkler pump adopts external mixing self-priming structure, and there should be an appropriate amount of liquid in the pump. After the pump starts, the impeller rotates, the inlet of the impeller forms negative pressure, the gas in the suction pipeline mixes with the liquid in the pump, and enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the extrusion chamber. Due to the difference in the specific gravity of the gas and liquid, the gas is separated from the liquid, discharged from the outlet pipe, the liquid sinks in the gas-liquid separation chamber, and is cycled many times until the gas in the suction pipe is drained and filled with liquid, the self-priming process is completed, and the pump begins normal infusion.
