The "flying car" caused by the oil seepage of the valve duct in the cab of Howo checked the oil level of the injection pump, the governor, the oil pan of the oil pan of the oil pan of the oil pan of the air filter. On closer inspection, the valve guide of another diesel engine was replaced. Because the lubrication between the valve guide and the valve rod is pressed into the oil by the oil pressure indicating valve, it is forced lubrication, and the valve guide of the new diesel engine has a ∮4×4 hole, and the lubrication between the valve and the valve rod is sprayed through the round hole. After installation, the lubrication between the valve guide and the valve rod, both spray lubrication and forced lubrication, the amount of oil greatly exceeds the amount of lubricating oil between the valve guide and the valve rod of the machine, so that most of the oil with the valve guide into the combustion chamber, resulting in "flying speed". Replace the valve duct of the diesel engine and eliminate the fault. Howo cab timing gear room there is a knocking sound analysis of this fault, first of all to distinguish the knocking sound is the sound of the cylinder or the metal crash; Then observe whether the oil pressure is within the normal range, that is, the oil pressure at the idle speed is ≥50kPa, and the oil pressure at the rated speed is 200-400kpa. The diagnosis of this fault shows that the knocking sound is not the knocking sound; Moreover, the oil pressure is low, the oil pressure at idle speed is less than 50kPa, and the oil pressure at rated speed is less than 1001Pa. According to this analysis, the fault is likely to be a problem with the timing gear indoor idler and other parts of the Howo cab. Because the problem will not only emit a crash sound, but also because there is a lubricating oil groove directly connected with the main oil passage on the idler shaft, if the idler swing, it is bound to affect the coordination gap between the shaft and the sleeve, so that the amount of oil leakage increases, which will naturally affect the oil pressure value of the machine. After disassembly and inspection, it was found that the idler cast iron baffle was damaged, and the idler hit the gear house cover intermittently due to swinging. Disassemble gear house cover, replace idler shaft, shaft sleeve and idler stop; As for the idler, because the wear is not serious, it is instead marked and re-used, adjust the axial clearance of the idler to O.10 ~ 0.36mm, and tighten the two M8×16 bolts with a torque of 15 ~ 25N·m. Knocks inside the timing gear are ruled out.
