The rebuild process decides how long a remanufactured HOWO lasts. This is the path Snail Truck follows, step by step.
The rebuild path, step by step
Every Snail Truck remanufactured HOWO follows a defined sequence: source candidate units for rebuild potential, full teardown, assess engine and drivetrain, recondition the engine to OEM tolerances, rebuild the transmission and rear axle, inspect and repair the frame, fit new wear parts, reassemble, then run and test the complete truck.
Genuine parts and OEM tolerances
The difference between a rebuild and a quick cosmetic job comes down to two things: genuine parts and rebuild quality. Wear components — brakes, suspension, tyres, seals — are replaced with genuine items, and the mechanical core is brought back to the manufacturer's tolerances rather than patched.
Testing before export
Reassembly is not the end. Each unit is run and tested so that problems are found in the workshop, not in the field. That pre-export check is what lets a used HOWO be delivered as a dependable asset.
What the buyer receives
Every unit ships with records the buyer can check: inspection documentation, the list of replaced components, test results and a warranty on the rebuilt drivetrain. Predictable documentation is what makes a remanufactured truck a planned purchase rather than a gamble.Contact: Snailtruck
