Every truck Snail Truck exports passes a staged inspection and rebuild process, and ships with the documentation you can verify. Here is how it works.
From sourcing to handover: a staged process
Snail Truck runs export trucks through a defined sequence rather than a cosmetic makeover. Each unit is handled the same way so that what the buyer sees is what the truck actually is.
What gets inspected and rebuilt
Candidate units are selected for rebuild potential, not just low price. Each truck is torn down, and the engine, transmission, rear axles and frame are assessed to identify what must be replaced. Engines are reconditioned to OEM tolerances, transmissions and axles are rebuilt, and all wear parts — brakes, suspension, tyres, seals — are replaced with genuine components. Frame integrity and welding are checked before reassembly.
Documentation you can verify
After reassembly, each unit is run and tested before handover. It ships with documentation: inspection records, the list of replaced components, test results and the warranty terms. This is not paperwork for its own sake — it is the evidence a buyer needs to trust a used truck as an asset.
Why transparency protects the buyer
An inspection process you can verify is what separates a remanufactured truck from a gamble. When the seller documents the rebuild, the buyer can plan maintenance, justify the price, and operate with confidence.
