Liangshan Holds Special Conference on Upgrading Refurbishment Quality of Used Commercial Vehicles

On the morning of March 6, 2026, Liangshan County held a special conference focused on improving the refurbishment quality of used commercial vehicles. The meeting took place at the Huatong Market Conference Hall and was organized by the Liangshan Special Vehicle Industry Cluster Development Task Force. The event aimed to promote the transformation of the local used commercial vehicle industry from rapid scale expansion to high-quality development.

The meeting was chaired by Jia Chunhui, Secretary of the Special Vehicle Industry Chain Party Committee and Director of the Special Vehicle Service Center. Attendees included Wang Yufan, Chairman of the Liangshan County CPPCC and Director of the task force, representatives from the Liangshan Public Security Bureau, the Special Vehicle Service Center, and other county-level departments. Industry representatives were also present, including He Zhaoguang, Director of the Automobile Circulation and Service Committee of the Liangshan Automobile Industry Association, Chen Zhenlong, President of the Liangshan Used Commercial Vehicle Association, as well as member enterprises engaged in vehicle refurbishment.
During the meeting, Jia Chunhui first introduced the current development status of the used commercial vehicle sector and explained the background and objectives of the conference. Representatives from the Economic Investigation Division and the Food, Drug and Environmental Crime Division of the Liangshan Public Security Bureau then delivered presentations on market supervision and industry governance, emphasizing the importance of compliance, quality standards, and sustainable development in the used commercial vehicle market.
In his keynote address, Chairman Wang Yufan highlighted the strategic importance of strengthening refurbishment standards, improving industry credibility, and enhancing the international competitiveness of Liangshan’s commercial vehicle sector. He emphasized that maintaining high refurbishment quality is essential for protecting the reputation of the “Liangshan Special Vehicle” industry brand.
The conference successfully brought together government departments, industry associations, and enterprise representatives to build consensus on promoting high-quality development. By strengthening market regulation and raising refurbishment standards, Liangshan aims to further enhance the global competitiveness of its used commercial vehicle industry and continue building the reputation of its specialized vehicle manufacturing cluster.
