BAIC Foton Leadership Visits Snail Truck Network to Explore Cooperation in Commercial Vehicle Exports

 On the morning of January 27, Mr. Wu Xibin, General Manager of BAIC Foton Motor Co., Ltd., led a delegation to visit Snail Truck Network, a core subsidiary of Guangan Cheliang Group, for an on-site research and exchange. The visit focused on key topics including full industrial-chain collaboration in commercial vehicles, empowerment of used commercial vehicle exports, and new energy technologies.

The delegation was accompanied throughout by Mr. He Zhaoguang, President of Guangan Cheliang Group, and Mr. Zheng Yuanwang, Vice President of the Group.

On-Site Inspection of the Commercial Vehicle Export Ecosystem

During the visit, Mr. Wu and his team successively inspected the Huatong Used Vehicle Trading Market, Snail Truck Network’s production and refurbishment facilities, and Huatong Inspection Center. The delegation gained a comprehensive understanding of used commercial vehicle trading, export vehicle preparation, refurbishment standards, and inspection procedures.

Following the site tour, both parties held a roundtable discussion at Snail Truck Network’s headquarters.

At the meeting, Mr. He Zhaoguang extended a warm welcome to the BAIC Foton delegation. Mr. He Mingpeng, General Manager of the Group’s Auction Business Division, presented a detailed business overview.

Mr. Wu Xibin then introduced BAIC Foton’s current development status, strategic planning, and global business achievements. He noted that this visit clearly demonstrated the cluster advantages and strong momentum of Liangshan’s commercial vehicle industry, as well as Snail Truck Network’s industry influence and growth potential as one of China’s first national pilot enterprises for used vehicle exports.

Mr. Wu emphasized that Liangshan is China’s largest used commercial vehicle trading and export base, with a solid industrial foundation and clear export advantages. He highlighted that Snail Truck Network’s industrial layout aligns closely with BAIC Foton’s full industrial-chain development strategy, and expressed hope that both sides would use this visit as an opportunity to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism, achieve complementary strengths, and pursue mutual benefit. He also stated that BAIC Foton would actively leverage its technology, brand, and global channel advantages to support Liangshan’s commercial vehicle industry in expanding overseas markets.

Mr. He Zhaoguang expressed sincere appreciation for BAIC Foton’s recognition and support. He reiterated that since becoming one of China’s first national pilot enterprises for used vehicle exports in 2019, Snail Truck Network has always regarded product quality as its lifeline. The company has continuously improved export vehicle quality, refined remanufacturing standards, optimized overseas service systems, and actively participated in the formulation of industry and group standards—shouldering the responsibility of representing Chinese used commercial vehicles on the global stage.

Looking ahead, Mr. He stated that Snail Truck Network is accelerating its global market expansion, which closely matches BAIC Foton’s international development needs. He expressed strong expectations for deeper cooperation in areas such as used commercial vehicle remanufacturing, new energy vehicle promotion, and joint overseas market development, leveraging BAIC Foton’s technological strength, brand influence, and global network.
